Job summary

Ergoly Inc is seeking a growth-focused team member to own and optimize the company’s pipeline from day one. You will identify, test, and lock in a repeatable acquisition channel while collaborating directly with the founders.

You’ll help build a scalable growth system, including AI-assisted processes, and report to AJ, the cofounder. The role offers coupled autonomy with meaningful equity and a chance to shape a product used by multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own growth from day one and define the core metrics the company will watch.
• Find and prove a repeatable acquisition channel with data-driven experiments.
• Build the growth engine alongside the founders and our AI teammates.
