Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Founding Product Growth Engineer to own how our product is described, positioned, and adopted in the market. You will work directly with the CTO and Head of Product, turning complex capabilities into clear narratives and testing what moves buyers and users.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth and requires high judgment and startup hustle. You will shape launches, activation, and messaging, ensuring the field is equipped to sell

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product marketing or growth in a B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company.
• Proven ability to launch products or features end-to-end with strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams on a single message.
• Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution (assets, channel testing, experiments).

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning, messaging, and market storytelling.
• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams and enable Sales with narrative assets.
• Identify channels, run activation and conversion experiments, and optimize the funnel.
• Gather customer insights and monitor competitors to inform product and marketing decisions.
