Job summary

White Circle is an AI Safety company focused on policies and reliability for AI systems. We are seeking an experienced events lead to own GTM events end-to-end as a primary acquisition channel.

You will drive conference programs across the US and Europe, coordinating booths, speaking slots, sponsorships, and related activities. You will partner with Sales to optimize pipeline, manage budgets and vendors, and build a flagship annual event from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, security, developer tools, or AI events.
• Close partnership with sales in QBRs and pipeline reviews to drive returns.
• Willingness to travel internationally and across two continents.

Responsibilities

• Own global GTM conferences strategy end-to-end.
• Lead presence at US and Europe conferences (booths, speaking slots, sponsorships).
• Build and scale the flagship annual event and related panels.
• Handle vendor management, budgets, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Integrate events with Attio for attribution and AI-poweredOps.
