Solve Intelligence is seeking a Founding Events Lead to build and run the company's events function from the ground up, with automation into our GTM pipeline and measurable ROI on every dollar spent. You’ll own global events strategy, flagship experiences, and the partnerships that drive pipeline and employer branding across IP and AI communities.

Qualifications

• Strong operational background in events at a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ROI accountability with pipeline, ARR, or hires metrics.
• Technical fluency to build event-related workflows in CRM/marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Solve's global events strategy end-to-end across GTM, talent, and brand.
• Build and run flagship annual events from concept to delivery.
• Design and host events in IP and AI communities across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Develop automation to integrate events with GTM, HubSpot, and Ashby for attribution.
