Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a strategic Founding General Manager to lead a new studio launch and eventual daily operations in Michigan. You will recruit and develop the team, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience while establishing best-in-class processes from day one.

After opening, you will oversee ongoing operations, optimize staffing, schedules, and guest services, and scale the brand with an emphasis on community engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership models.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others to do the same.
• Highly analytical and comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communicator who connects with people and fosters a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Community Building & Studio Launch: execute local grassroots marketing, partner with local businesses, and build founding member pipelines.
• Leadership & Team Development: recruit, onboard, and develop the founding Instructor and Studio Lead team; coach performance.
• Studio Launch & Operations: collaborate on launch readiness, establish workflows, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Sales & Business Development: drive founding membership sales and lead pre-sale campaigns; coach consultative sales techniques.
• Ownership Partnership: provide updates on launch readiness and operations; support future studio openings.
