Job summary

Ultimate Longevity Center seeks a founding General Manager for a premium wellness center serving Celina, Prosper, and surrounding communities. You will lead sales, operations, and team development while delivering a luxury, results-focused client experience.

This role drives presale membership growth and coordinates with the franchisor onboarding team to set up systems and pricing. You will manage daily operations, recruit and train the opening team, and report KPIs to ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a membership-based or premium service business (wellness, fitness, med spa, or hospitality preferred).
• Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.
• Experience selling premium memberships or packages (e.g., $300+ per month); presale or new-location opening experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow center revenue and membership through consultative, goal-focused selling.
• Lead client onboarding and guide members toward wellness and longevity goals.
• Run local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Longevity Advisor team.
• Oversee daily operations and keep the center running smoothly.
• Partner with clinical team from affiliated medical provider (non-clinical role).
• Own center numbers: track KPIs and report weekly to ownership on sales, retention, labor, and expenses.
