The role emphasizes sales leadership, onboarding, partnerships, and local market initiatives, with growth opportunities as the brand expands across Greater Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of management experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality
• Ability to hit sales targets and build relationships
• Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership with a longevity focus
• Strong ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships

Responsabilités

• Drive center revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales
• Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey
• Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales and service-driven team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, elevated center experience
• Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals
