Job summary

Ultimate Longevity Center is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive membership growth at our Vinings location. This sales-first, community-facing leadership role will require you to build and coach a high-performing team, deliver an elevated client experience, and establish the center as the trusted local destination for proactive health and longevity.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a sales-focused business; wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, membership, or premium service backgrounds strongly preferred.
• A proven sales record you can speak to with specifics — activity, follow-up discipline, close rate, and revenue you personally generated.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, membership, retention, and revenue.
• Lead from the front by personally selling memberships, packages, upgrades, and services through consultative, in-person outreach.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline from inquiry through enrollment and renewal.
• Train, coach, and hold the team accountable for consultative selling, follow-up, referral generation, and conversion.
• Review sales activity, conversion rates, and membership trends regularly — and adjust plans fast when performance falls short.
• Partner with ownership and marketing to create compelling local offers, referral programs, and enrollment campaigns.
