Job summary

MYDENTALWIG, a privately capitalized AI healthcare technology company in the Los Angeles area, seeks its Founding General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to build the legal and governance foundation as it grows into a global platform.

You will lead governance, securities, IP strategy, contracts, privacy and AI governance, coordinate external counsel, and establish an in‑house legal operations function to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Significant in-house and/or major law firm experience in corporate governance, venture financing and securities law.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Founder, CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership on governance and strategy.
• Prepare Board resolutions and corporate governance documents.
• Maintain corporate records and ensure legal compliance across the organization.
• Develop governance policies and delegated authority frameworks and support future Board committees.
• Coordinate with external counsel across securities, IP, tax, employment, and international matters.
