Job summary

MYDENTALWIG is seeking a Founding Builder CTO to turn our technology vision into a scalable AI‑driven platform. You will design and implement the core AI² platform, establish engineering culture, standards, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure from the ground up.

Working alongside the Founder & CEO, you will grow the global technology organization, mentor engineers, and shape a long‑term architecture that enables rapid product delivery and ambitious healthtech innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
Seven or more years of professional software engineering experience with significant hands‑on development.
Experience designing scalable cloud‑native software platforms.
Experience designing RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of software architecture, database design, cybersecurity principles, and DevOps.
Experience leading software engineering projects from concept through deployment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Translate the Founder's technology vision into scalable engineering solutions.
Define software architecture and long‑term technology roadmap.
Design and implement the AI² platform architecture.
Establish engineering standards, development methodologies, and software quality practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology investments.
Design, develop, and maintain production‑quality software.
Build cloud‑native backend systems and APIs.
Develop scalable web and mobile application infrastructure.
Design databases and distributed system architecture.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into production environments.
Build DevOps pipelines and CI/CD infrastructure.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure.
Build monitoring, logging, and observability systems.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
