Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience with AI coding agents and data-driven systems.
• Ability to take ownership in ambiguous, startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own business problems end-to-end: form hypotheses, experiment, iterate, and ship.
• Build and scale agentic and automation systems from customer feedback to product improvements.
• Write and ship production code daily and manage coding agents.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape technology and product roadmap.
• Extend the Context API and build integrations with GTM data providers across data systems.
