Job summary

Monk is an AI-native accounts receivable platform helping B2B companies get paid faster. You will join as the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, embedding with large customers to solve revenue workflows end-to-end and turn learnings into reusable product capabilities.

You will own integrations across ERPs, payments, and finance ops, while expanding agentic workflows and ensuring reliable, production-grade deployments. This role blends customer impact with hands-on engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production full-stack products.
• Deep full-stack TypeScript fluency.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, queues/workflows, and debugging distributed production systems.
• Built AI-native systems in production with strong evaluation, tracing, and safe iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome from technical discovery through launch for complex customers.
• Build production-grade integrations and workflows across ERPs, payment systems, CRM, and finance ops.
• Design, test, and improve agent behavior across AR edge cases with observability and reliability.
• Scale use cases for accounts receivable workflows and integrations.
• Be the customer’s technical partner with finance, operations, IT, and engineering leaders.
