Monk is building an AI-native AR platform for B2B payments. We seek a full-stack engineer to join in person in Flatiron, NYC. You will ship end-to-end agentic workflows, interact with customers, and set new UX standards for finance teams. Growth, ownership, and relentless delivery drive our team as we tackle a massive market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production-level experience shipping full-stack products.
• Deep TypeScript fluency across backend and frontend.
• Experience with modern web infra: Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, or comparable tools.
• Owner mentality: you don’t wait for specs, you ship what needs to be built.
• Extreme drive with track record of delivering high-quality production work.

Responsibilities

• Own an outcome: design and ship end-to-end workflows from database to UI.
• Ship products and talk to customers, using feedback to shape next steps.
• Set the standard for Agentic UX, inventing interaction patterns for finance teams.
• Defy technical limitations in an applied AI environment to improve cashflow outcomes.
• Move fast across product areas: ship across web, backend, and connectors.
