Job summary

H Company is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to automate complex customer tasks and deploy agentic AI solutions. You will work directly with customers to identify the most impactful workflows, then build end-to-end integrations and production services that scale.

You will collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap, deliver field-ready deployments, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI + software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, especially integrating LLMs into products.
• Fluent in Python and familiar with TypeScript.
• Experience building and deploying production APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Ability to securely integrate third-party APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify a customer’s multi-step task to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, databases, APIs and internal tools.
• Iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services at scale.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap.
