House of Hearts ABA seeks a Founding Executive Clinical Director (BCBA) in Michigan to build the region from the ground up in a hybrid Detroit Metro/Ann Arbor setting. You will shape services, hire and mentor a clinical team, and own growth in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will lead referrals, intake, staffing, and training while partnering with leadership on regional strategy and quality care. This is a founding leadership role with ownership and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Active Michigan LBA license or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience in leadership roles (e.g., Clinical Director, Regional Director).
• Hands-on experience with intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with referral sources across Detroit Metro and Ann Arbor.
• Lead intake and guide families through services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for appropriate clinician-client matches.
• Deliver in-person clinical trainings and provide hands-on support.
