ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director to lead clinical services in our Ann Arbor clinic. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, mentor program supervisors, and ensure adherence to ethical ABA practices and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and must be current.
• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant supervisory/clinical leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned clinical cases and ensure quality of care.
• Supervise Program Supervisors and Lead Behavior Technicians; provide mentorship and development.
• Collaborate with Area Director to set clinic goals and initiatives; ensure compliance with policies.
• Support credentialing, regulatory, and payer requirements; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing ABA training and leadership initiatives.
• Oversee the Behavior Analyst in Training program and co-lead staff meetings.
