House of Hearts ABA is opening in Michigan, and we are seeking the Founding Executive Clinical Director to lead a new Michigan region from the ground up. You will recruit and develop a clinical team, grow the client base, and shape service delivery across Detroit Metro and Ann Arbor.

You will have real ownership, direct leadership access, and the chance to set the standard for clinical care and regional strategy in partnership with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience leading clinical teams of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Strong background in intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Experience delivering in-home and school-based ABA services.”

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with referral sources across Detroit Metro, Ann Arbor, and surrounding communities.
• Lead intake and guide new families through getting started with services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to match clients with the right clinician.
• Deliver in-person clinical trainings and hands-on clinical support.
• Set the standard for clinical quality, supervision, and team culture in Michigan.
• Partner with leadership on regional growth strategy.
