Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our clinical team while owning key operational areas. This fully remote role prefers Florida-based candidates and includes travel to service areas as needed.

You will mentor BCBAs, maintain rigorous clinical standards, oversee intake and staffing, and partner with leadership to expand into new areas while tracking utilization and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing is required.
• Proven leadership experience in ABA settings.
• Experience mentoring BCBA/RBT staff and providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team and set high standards of care.
• Own the operation including intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Drive growth with scalable processes and cross-team collaboration.
