Over approximately 4–6 months, the position is designed to transition into the Clinical Director role for the Dearborn Center, based on performance, readiness, clinic needs, and successful completion of the transition process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to BCBAs while maintaining Brightview standards for quality, documentation, ethics, and treatment integrity.
  • Support caseload management, billable expectations, caregiver collaboration, clinical problem-solving, audits, and quality assurance.
  • Help develop clinical workflows, staffing structures, training, documentation standards, and team expectations for the new center.
  • Partner with the Clinical Director and CEO on clinic planning, launch readiness, timelines, and operational needs.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-quality clinical culture as the center grows.
  • Gradually assume greater responsibility for clinic leadership, staff development, clinical operations, quality assurance, workflow development, and strategic planning throughout the transition.

The role will begin with a combination of virtual and in-person leadership meetings, with in-person involvement increasing as the center approaches opening. Upon successful transition, the Clinical Director role will be fully in-person at the Dearborn Center.

  • Current BCBA certification and Michigan LBA.
  • Clinical and supervisory ABA experience.

  • Previous Clinical Lead, supervisory, management, or clinic-based ABA experience preferred.
  • Interest in growing into a Clinical Director leadership role.
  • Transition Note: The 4–6 month timeline is an anticipated progression and may vary based on individual performance, clinic readiness, and organizational needs.
