Job summary

GLG seeks a Technical Lead for AI Solutions role in New York to drive the technical promise with researchers, shape evaluation programs, and own the measurement framework from discovery through pilots to production contracts. You will build pipelines through events and labs, design tasks and rubrics, and co-ordinate with leadership to win strategic deals.

You will co-own panels, QA methodology, and bid materials, while guiding the lab’s evaluation outcomes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Technical depth with frontier-lab researchers and lab evals.
• Experience designing research programs, rubrics, and evaluation tasks.
• Ability to build and own relationships with researchers and labs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical promise to clients and shape the lab program design.
• Lead discovery to identify capabilities labs want to improve and pilot
• Build pipeline by engaging researchers at events and conferences
• Write technical sections of bids and reusable materials for sales
• Define success criteria for pilots and transition to production contracts
• Collaborate with GM, Strategic Project Lead and VP of Operations on delivery and panels
