Job summary

Gumloop Inc. is seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to own our largest enterprise relationships, drive adoption and consumption, and help build the Success function from the ground up. This is an early seat at a company redefining AI automation for the enterprise.

You’ll manage onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts and collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver complex solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience with executive-level engagement, including C-suite.
• Experience handling onboarding through renewal across large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion).
• Develop and execute Success plans to expand adoption and drive consumption.
• Lead customer engagements including QBRs and executive briefings.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to scope and deliver complex solutions.
• Monitor usage and address underutilization to maximize value.
• Build the Success motion from scratch with playbooks and engagement models.
