Fragment is assembling a founding sales team in San Francisco to power outbound growth for our AI agents and procurement data engine. As an Account Director, you will own the sales motion from lead to close, ship a repeatable process, and drive new logo wins within Fortune 1000 accounts.

This role requires a hunter mentality, the ability to educate buyers on a new category, and the discipline to build a robust pipeline.

Qualificações

• Full-cycle enterprise sales experience with end-to-end deals.
• Ability to build and manage a warm pipeline of F250-F1000 accounts.
• Proven hunter mentality and track record closing logos.

Responsabilidades

• Own the deal end-to-end from lead to close.
• Educate the market and open doors for high-value accounts.
• Develop and refine a scalable outbound playbook.
