Job summary

Tarebase is seeking a founding engineer to build our logistics AI platform. You’ll work mainly in Rust and TypeScript across data engineering, AI workflows, backend, frontend, and deployment. You’ll shape the product with early design partners and have a real say in engineering decisions behind it.

This remote European role offers flexibility with optional hybrid setups in Munich or London. Compensation is €100,000–€120,000 base plus 0.75–1% equity, with setup support and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Strong track record shipping software systems across cloud backends, web apps, or AI-enabled stacks.
• Experience with Rust or TypeScript in production environments.
• Ability to design tests, perform debugging, and document code.
• Comfort working remotely with clear communication and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core platform components using Rust and TypeScript.
• Design agents and AI workflows integrated with deterministic logic.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver user-centric solutions.
