Job summary

Hire'in Solutions is seeking a Founding Engineer to serve as technical owner across architecture, development, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing problem solving. Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale data systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM infrastructure, RAG, or agentic systems.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and own systems end-to-end from 0→1.
• Design distributed systems, data infrastructure, and AI/agentic workflows.
• Develop solutions involving RAG and LLM infrastructure.
• Work with customers to translate complex problems into production solutions.
