Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Founding Engineer to architect the core systems of an AI agent platform for e‑commerce and fintech. This role lets you own the technical roadmap, build reliable infrastructure from scratch, and shape the engineering culture as the company scales.

You will design scalable backend systems, drive low-latency performance, and influence hiring while collaborating with a high-performance team in a VC-backed startup.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Hands-on builder who ships side projects independently.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and relational DBs.
• Experience with sneaker bot development is a plus.
• CS degree from a top-tier program or equivalent experience at talent-dense companies.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build: design, develop, and scale product infrastructure, developer tools, and APIs from conception to production.
• Solve complexity: build robust backend systems for high-stakes payment and checkout workflows.
• Drive innovation: use bleeding-edge tech for low-latency performance and reliability.
