Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions seeks an early-engineer to help build an AI-native enterprise platform in NYC. You’ll own technical design through production deployment across backend, data pipelines, and customer deployments.

You’ll develop backend systems and TypeScript frontends, work directly with enterprise customers, and help establish engineering standards while using AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
• Experience with data pipelines, extraction, or data-intensive apps.
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in NYC.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing products across the full stack.
• Develop backend systems, data pipelines, extraction workflows, and integrations.
• Build frontend applications using TypeScript.
• Work directly with enterprise customers.
• Own projects from technical design through production deployment.
• Establish engineering standards and architecture.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Debug complex production and distributed-system issues.
