Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions seeks an early-engineer to help build an AI-native enterprise platform in NYC. You’ll own technical design through production deployment across backend, data pipelines, and customer deployments.

You’ll develop backend systems and TypeScript frontends, work directly with enterprise customers, and help establish engineering standards while using AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
• Experience with data pipelines, extraction, or data-intensive apps.
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in NYC.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.

Location: New York City – Onsite, 5 days/week

Employment: Full-time

Role Overview

As one of the earliest engineers, you’ll help build an AI-native enterprise platform from the ground up and have significant ownership across product, architecture, engineering practices, and customer deployments.
