Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before first day of work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Serve as an ambassador of SA’s culture and uphold professionalism and high expectations.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth through regular communication.
• Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction aligned with the SA curriculum.
• Lead classroom management and establish routines for 25+ students.
• Monitor student work and use data to drive improvements.
