Job summary

Kratos Industries, LLC is seeking a founding Director of Field Service in Colorado. You will build the field service function from the ground up, creating the processes, tools, and team to serve customers and transform field service into a revenue-generating product line.

This hands-on, high-impact role requires deep experience in switchgear and protective relay systems, strong leadership, and the ability to scale operations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of field service experience with power/distribution equipment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in field service/technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Field Service operations: intake, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Define SLAs and build reporting to track performance against targets.
• Develop and lead a scalable field service organization and processes.
• Build a network of contractor partners and ensure safety standards are enforced.
• Refine Field Service as a revenue-generating product with service offerings.
