Job summary

Etched is seeking a founding Demand Planner to own demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods inventory in support of the company’s S&OP objectives. This role translates forecasts into executable build plans and partners with Manufacturing and Global Supply Management to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in production or NPI environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with demand forecasting and supply planning in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with data visualization and basic programming (SQL/Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-supply forecasting and finished goods inventory.
• Generate and execute weekly and quarterly demand-supply plans.
• Monitor builds and inventory across multiple SKUs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Global Supply Management to translate forecasts into build plans.
• Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation under constraints.
