Etched.ai, Inc. is seeking a founding Demand Planner to lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods inventory management. This pivotal role involves developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand-supply plans to align with the company’s S&OP objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, monitor inventory levels, and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs. Strong analytical skills and experience in fast-paced environments are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-supply forecasting and inventory management.
• Generate and execute demand-supply plans addressing risks.
• Monitor planned vs. actual builds and inventory levels.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Global Supply Management.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes.
