Etched is looking for a founding Demand Planner to own demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods inventory management in support of the company’s S&OP objectives. This role is responsible for developing and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand-supply plans, monitoring inventory and production performance, and adjusting plans to meet evolving business needs. The Demand Planner will partner closely with Manufacturing and Global Supply Management teams to translate forecasts into executable build plans, identify and mitigate supply risks, and lead scenario planning under capacity or component constraints. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in production or NPI environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup setting.
