Job summary

Schemata is seeking a Deployment Strategist to diagnose real problems for DoW units, design deployment plans, and own the account from first contact through adoption and expansion. You will collaborate with the forward deployed engineering team to scope solutions, hand off to delivery, and manage the relationship through deployment.

You will navigate DoW contracting cycles (RFPs, OTAs, SBIR/STTR) and build durable, on-site relationships with warfighters and program stakeholders to drive adoption

Qualifications

• DoD contracting experience or fluency: FAR, SBIR/STTR, OTAs, and contract vehicles.
• Consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling in a technical domain.
• Ability to scope a technical solution and coordinate delivery with an engineering/FDE team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose real workflow and mission problems by embedding with warfighters, program managers, and contracting officers.
• Design a deployment plan that pairs spatial AI capabilities to the problem and coordinate with FDE/engineering team.
• Own pursuits and accounts end-to-end from first conversation to deployment and expansion.
