Job summary

Nango is hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed and grow with us. You’ll own renewals, uncover new use cases, and work directly with the founders while building our customer success function.

You’ll build relationships with developers and leaders at our largest customers, understand their needs, and translate them into product adoption opportunities and expansions. This role is remote in North America.

Qualifications

• Grew customer relationships in developer tools, infrastructure or technical SaaS.
• Experience owning renewals and expansions.
• Comfortable discussing APIs and integrations with developers.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with developers, product leaders, and decision-makers at large customers.
• Own renewals and expansion conversations from planning through close.
• Identify adoption gaps and risks using product usage data and conversations.
• Partner with Engineering to incorporate customer needs into the roadmap.
• Create playbooks and outreach to serve hundreds of customers effectively.
