Spangle AI is seeking a Founding Customer Success Lead to turn customers into long-term strategic partners. You will drive onboarding, QBRs, adoption, and health signals while shaping product feedback and GTM strategy.

You will own enterprise relationships, build expansion plays, and create a scalable reference program that fuels growth across the platform. This is a founding role with significant equity potential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS customer success with enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning a $5M+ ARR book with expansion outcomes.
• Proven expansion motion with measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial instincts on pricing, renewal, expansion.
• Direct relationships with enterprise buyers (VP E-commerce, CMO, CDO) or a plan to build them.
• AI-native daily operator using Claude/GPT/Perplexity with personal automations.

Aufgaben

• Manage enterprise account relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead land-and-expand strategy across additional commerce surfaces.
• Develop reference programs with case studies and co-marketing.
• Own renewal and retention processes and early warning system.
• Channel customer feedback into product priorities with leadership.
• Oversee onboarding and sales-to-CS handoff with repeatable playbooks.
• Produce weekly customer state dashboards for leadership.
