ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, seeks a founder-level Creator/Growth lead to build our creator program from the ground up. You’ll own sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, deal structures, content, and the program architecture that makes it repeatable.

You’ll partner with the Director of Growth Strategy and cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand and Product as the creator channel scales. This is a founding role with room to shape systems and cadence in year one.

Formación

• 5+ years in influencer, creator, talent or community marketing, building or scaling a program.
• A real network you can reach out to and engage with responses.
• Natural grit and motivation to build the machine rather than inherit it.
• Proven ability to close deals from small to six-figure sums.
• Fluency in creator economics: benchmarks, rev share, and usage rights.
• Experience running an always-on community or program.
• Strong content instincts with creator suitability assessment.
• Bias toward action, with ability to build processes and tracking.
• Sharp written communication for closing deals via DM and email.

Responsabilidades

• Build the creator program end-to-end: tiers, incentives, content expectations, deal structures, onboarding.
• Develop a scouting engine to identify creators early and cost-effectively.
• Create development support: coaching, feedback, early access, co-created formats.
• Grow an owned network of creators, streamers, editors and clips for ongoing work.
• Run always-on programs and recurring briefs to sustain activity and growth.
• Lead high-volume outreach across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, X and more.
• Negotiate and close across performance-based, flat fee, hybrid, affiliate and retainers.
• Define KPIs and report on activation, CPA, code redemption, and player value.
