You will work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to translate creator activity into tangible outcomes while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, vetting, metrics, and scalability.
• Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously; not just a few big names.

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up and define creators as a main growth channel.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with Base44’s product and brand.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches and new features.
• Measure impact and continuously improve how creator partnerships drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
