Job summary

Base44 seeks a creator ecosystem leader to build and scale partnerships with creators across platforms, turning collaborations into a key growth engine. You will shape how creators discover and engage with Base44’s AI-powered platform, ensuring authentic connections and measurable impact.

You will identify and cultivate relationships with creators who align with our product and audience, while collaborating with product and marketing to tie creator activity to launches and new features.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and what scale looks like.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, defining how creators become a main growth channel and how the world discovers what we’re building.
• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand, including non-obvious fits.
• Leverage understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices, trends, and communities that shape Base44 online presence.
• Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, creating a strong network around the product.
• Work with creators to shape content that feels authentic to their audience while maximizing reach and engagement.
• Bring a strong understanding of internet culture to identify creators, formats and narratives that make a technical product resonate.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches and product moments.
• Build and refine a scalable creator program that supports growth in a repeatable way.
• Measure impact, learn quickly, and improve how creator partnerships translate into awareness and product adoption.
