Job summary

Clouted in New York is hiring a Founding Creator Strategy & Partnerships Manager to own how we source, sign, and scale the creators behind our campaigns. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll build and manage our creator and influencer network, design the partnership strategy that powers client campaigns, and be the person creators trust to bring them the right opportunities.

You'll work directly with the founding team and across client accounts — turning a campaign brief into the right

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creator partnerships or influencer management.
• Proven track record sourcing creators and running campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong existing relationships across the creator/influencer landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in music, gaming, or entertainment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Clouted's roster of creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Own creator relationships end-to-end—from outreach to retention.
• Translate client goals into creator strategies and campaign designs.
• Stand up systems, playbooks, and pipelines for scalable creator sourcing.
• Collaborate with client accounts and the founding team to ensure campaigns meet targets.
