Hedge Specialty is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our commercial auto practice in San Francisco. You will merge retail-agency relationships, market judgment, placement craft, and relentless follow-through to generate durable revenue across commercial auto, fleet, and transportation risks.

In this high-ownership role, you will qualify risks, shape submissions, negotiate terms, and drive placements from intake through bind, while developing strong underwriters relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of brokerage, underwriting, or related experience in commercial auto.
• Strong network and market judgment with disciplined deal execution.
• Ability to manage a high-activity pipeline and revenue forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Build a focused retail-agency pipeline in commercial auto.
• Qualify risks, shape submissions, and select markets for opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and drive placements from intake through bind.
