Get Hired. Work From Anywhere. is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders of an early-stage AI startup in San Francisco, in-person.

This is a founding-level ownership seat, not a calendar role — you’ll own critical problems end-to-end and build the system to keep them from slipping. You’ll coordinate fundraising prep, hiring, operations and go-to-market, set the operating rhythm, prepare board materials, and drive cross-functional projects across GTM, product, finance and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, consulting, investing or as an operator/Chief of Staff.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; owns problems from detection to resolution.
• Able to write memos that drive a decision.

Responsibilities

• Take work off the founders' plate and run it to completion across fundraising prep, hiring, operations and go-to-market.
• Own the company's operating rhythm: goals, metrics, standups, reviews and planning.
• Prepare board and investor materials and keep company metrics accurate.
• Lead special projects end to end across GTM, product ops, hiring, finance and partnerships.
• Connect product, engineering and GTM, and catch problems before they grow.
