Job summary

FutureSight is seeking a visionary Founding CEO to lead our AI Customer Success initiative. You will drive proactive, intelligent engagement across accounts, shaping pilots, pricing, and retention strategies while steering the product roadmap with our engineers to launch the first version.

You will also raise seed capital, build and mentor the founding team, and establish a strong culture as we scale a high-growth B2B SaaS platform. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• Founding experience or co-founder track record in a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong GTM (go-to-market) strategy and execution capabilities.
• Experience crafting investor narratives and closing capital rounds.
• Proven ability to attract, mentor, and lead a founding team.
• Direct knowledge of B2B SaaS product and customer success dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — run pilots, shape pricing and validate retention + expansion.
• Build the product — collaborate with product/engineering to launch V1.
• Raise capital — lead seed fundraising with initial investors.
• Build your team — hire the founding team and set cultural foundations.
