Job summary

FutureSight is seeking a visionary Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture serving the employee benefits ecosystem. You will lead customers through pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion, while building the product with the team to release V1 and leading seed fundraising.

You will hire the founding team, set the cultural foundation, and drive strategy across GTM, product, and capital markets. Equity stake and full ownership await the right leader.

Qualifications

• Founding CEO experience or significant leadership in a B2B SaaS venture.
• Proven ability to raise seed/initial capital and build investor narratives.
• Experience selling to brokers, MGAs, or HR/InsurTech domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention/expansion.
• Build the product with the product/engineering pod to launch V1.
• Raise capital and lead the seed round with initial investment.
• Hire founding team and set cultural foundation.
