FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to lead an AI Customer Success opportunity and co-found a new venture. You will pilot the product with customers, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion, while building a high-performance founding team and leading seed fundraising efforts.

You will work with a cross-disciplinary pod to launch V1, set the cultural foundation, and drive GTM strategy for rapid initial traction. A strong founder mindset and fundraising fluency are essential.
