Job summary

FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to lead a new AI leasing and workflow platform for multifamily property management. You will shape the vision, recruit the founding team, and drive the seed-stage efforts while building and owning the venture from day one.

You will coordinate with a cross-functional team and investors, shepherd product development, pricing, pilots, and GTM to quickly capture market momentum in the $20B+ PropTech space.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found and own a new venture.
• Experience leading startups or venture-backed B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven success in GTM, sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Strong track record in fundraising and investor storytelling.
• Experience building and leading teams with a strong culture.
• Industry background in property management, real estate, or proptech.

Responsibilities

• Win customers by piloting, pricing, and validating retention and expansion.
• Build the product with the product/engineering team to launch V1.
• Raise capital by leading the seed round and investor outreach.
• Build your founding team and establish the cultural foundation.
