Job summary

Magic in New York City is seeking a founding operations hire to build and scale internal processes across business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. This generalist role requires a self-starter who thrives on clarity and action.

Here at Magic, we're personalizing real world experiences. Our first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants, and we're expanding into members clubs, hotels, and more.

We're looking for a founding ops hire. This person is a generalist who can help build internal processes as we scale. You will be responsible for business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and a self-starter.
