Magic seeks a chief of staff to the CEO, a generalist excited to solve problems, grow the business, and shape the future of the hospitality industry. You will collaborate with our CEO on GTM, operations, and partnerships, and own internal strategic projects end to end.

We work in person five days a week in our SoHo office, offering a competitive salary range of $100K-$150K plus equity, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and dependents, lunch daily from NYC restaurants,

• 1-3+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or similar
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or startups a plus
