Job summary

dynama, an AI-native broker for consumer brands, seeks a Founding Business Development Representative to own outbound sales for a book of brands, from initial outreach through order.

You will scope channels, conduct omnichannel outreach to retailers, and drive orders while learning dynama’s tech stack and becoming fluent with AI tools.

Compensation includes commissions on opened accounts and an equity package, with a fast-growing team and a mission to transform the CPG sales landscape.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales experience.
• CPG, foodservice distributor, or brokerage experience is a plus.
• Comfortable dealing with rejection.
• Communicates with clarity and brevity.
• Organized across several brands.
• Fluent with AI tools.
• Cares about food and the people who sell it.

Responsibilities

• Scope the channel: decide where brands should be and create a target account list.
• Omnichannel outreach: phone, emails, and DMs to category buyers, owners, chefs, etc.
• Get orders: send samples and help with distributor setup to drive purchase orders.
• Make the agents better: feed into the learning loop to improve prospecting.
