Baker Tilly is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Product Group. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows across Tax, Assurance, and Advisory, delivering production-ready solutions that combine advanced AI with practical business use cases.

You will work with global teams to translate business processes into scalable software, build end-to-end products, and ensure measurable value with evaluation-driven development and robust testing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with production‑quality applications.
• Experience deploying at least one LLM-powered feature to real users.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions and multi-step workflows.
• Deliver production-grade backend services, APIs, and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and working software.
• Establish evaluation criteria, tests, and performance baselines for AI features.
• Build automated tests, regression suites, and data quality datasets.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from concept to deployment and support.
