Baker Tilly is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Product Group's Agent Factory team. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows across Tax, Assurance, and Advisory, delivering production-ready solutions with practical business impact.

The role requires 5 years of software engineering experience, hands-on LLM deployments, and strong collaboration with domain experts to translate requirements into scalable software.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying at least one LLM-powered feature or application to real users.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Strong full-stack background: backend services, data models, APIs, and modern UIs.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java; quick learner of new languages.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and multi-step workflows.
• Build production-grade backend services, APIs, dashboards, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with Tax, Assurance, Advisory professionals and SMEs to translate needs into software.
• Establish evaluation criteria, benchmarks, and automated tests for AI features.
• Own end-to-end delivery from development to deployment and monitoring.
